Our Small Group Programs offer a way to educate on fitness modalities, provide access to an expert, and build community through common fitness and wellness interests. These programs offer more individualized instruction compared to a Group Fitness setting while still providing a community atmosphere that teaches a specific skill set.


These FREE, one day sessions offer a way for participants to learn about fitness and/or wellness as well as build a new skill or hone a skill they’re working on.

Progressive Programs

These affordable, ongoing programs give participants consistency in a fitness routine while building upon a skill set over a 4 or 8 week period.




Pre-registration is required for all Small Group Programs and individuals can register on MyRec.
