Duke Recreation offers lots of ways to get out in the sunshine, whether it's through our Outdoor Adventures program, playing a club or intramural sport, or relaxing at our Central Campus Outdoor Pool.

Stay Active

One of the best ways to stay physically active is to make it a life-long habit. Set yourself up to succeed right from the start by seeking to make exercise a regular part of your day. Come visit us at Wilson or Brodie Recreation Centers or participate in one of our many programs to get moving!

Get Adventurous

Our Outdoor Adventures Program provides many opportunities for the adventure seeker. From outdoor trips such as whitewater kayaking, rock climbing and paddle boarding, to climbing at our indoor rock wall, we offer fun adventures for both students and faculty/staff. No experience is necessary.
