Workout with Friends

Grab a friend, or two, and get together with one of our trainers for some fun workouts with our TRX bands! These workouts will challenge your core, build strength and flexibility throughout your body and can complement any training program.

Do Your Own Thing

Pop your head phones in and hop on our cardio equipment; shoot some hoops;  go for a swim; grab a smoothie from Quenchers; or simply hangout and study in one of our many lounge areas.

Relieve Stress

You know that exercise does your body good, but you're too busy and stressed to fit it into your routine. Hold on a second — there's good news when it comes to exercise and stress. Virtually any form of exercise, from aerobics to yoga, can act as a stress reliever. If you're not an athlete or even if you're out of shape, you can still make a little exercise go a long way toward stress management.

Master's Swim is for any individual who can swim 500+ yards. This is a coached workout which will focus on stroke technique and endurance.
