Individuals looking to access the multiple benefits of exercise can break down their workouts into three categories: aerobic exercises, strength training exercises and flexibility training.

Play a Sport

Round up a group of friends, classmates, organization members or neighbors and start an intramural team! With several different sports and leagues to choose from, we have something for everyone!

Join a Team

With 36 clubs to choose from, Sport Clubs are student-run organizations for those who have a passion for a particular sport or who want to learn a new sport. The Sport Club program emphasizes leadership, education and service through the sport it offers.
