Ambler Tennis Courts (near Wilson) will be offline starting July 19 and re-open on September 9, 2024. Wilson's basketball courts and track continue to be offline through the remainder of the Summer.

Learn to Lift

Learn to Lift is a hands-on, instructional program that orient Duke Students in strength training. During each session our personal trainers will introduce the participants to a different exercises. Various progressions and safety tips will be provided to help you improve your form.
