Climbing Technique and Movement

This class will introduce you to climbing technique and movement skills that will help improve your climbing. We will provide you with an understanding of climbing movement while introducing you to various techniques that will focus on footwork and body mechanics of climbing. All techniques discussed will be practiced through various climbing drills that you can use in your regular training schedule.
