Training Philosophy               
I believe that Pilates is one of the best methods for anybody to increase their physical fitness and feel better.  It’s low-impact and controlled exercises focus on building a strong core and increasing stability, flexibility and overall strength. It is a great compliment to sports that create body imbalances or as a part of an injury recovery program.  My goal is to provide an upbeat and encouraging environment and provide a Pilates session that addresses your specific needs and goals.
