Students in the Department of Health, Wellness and Physical Education’s PHYSEDU 225 Sports Leadership Class had the valuable opportunity this semester not only to develop their own leadership skills, but to work with administrators from the Duke Athletics Department and seek mentorship under their guidance. The course focuses on self-leadership discovery and development for the individual so they may apply the concepts learned to their current endeavors and future career and personal choices.
