Training Philosophy

I try to inspire in my clients and class participants an excitement and enjoyment for exercise, such that they begin to view exercise not as another task to be done but as a lifelong hobby that brings them not only physical, but numerous mental and emotional benefits. I believe that exercise is a gift we give back to ourselves; taking this time for ourselves is a daily commitment that we can, and should, look forward to fulfilling!
