We offer locker options for members and guests at Wilson and Brodie Recreation Centers, including convenient day-use lockers throughout each facility. Wilson Recreation Center also offers overnight locker rentals in designated areas in both locker rooms and select common area lockers on Wilson Courts.
Locker Guidelines
Looking for a dedicated locker for the semester or year? Locker rentals are available at Wilson Recreation Center for Duke Rec & PE members only.
Semester rental Dates:
Fall 2026 | Tuesday, Aug. 25 - Wednesday, Dec. 23
Spring 2027 | Saturday, Jan. 2 - Sunday, May 9
Fall & Spring Semesters | Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026 - June 30, 2027
Purchase both Fall & Spring semesters and receive the first half of summer at no additional cost.

How to Request a Locker
Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 25: Complete the Locker Rental Request Form to submit your preferred locker size and rental term. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a locker will be available.
After reviewing your request, Memberships will contact you within 2 business days to confirm locker availability and provide next steps, including payment information.
Important Rental Information
- Locker rentals are available only at Wilson Recreation Center.
- A request does not guarantee locker availability.
- Your locker is not assigned until availability has been confirmed and payment has been completed.
- Renters are responsible for keeping their assigned locker secure and following all Duke Rec & PE locker guidelines.
- Locker rentals are for the selected rental term only.
- Duke Rec & PE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in lockers.
Complimentary day-use lockers are available for members and guests at Wilson and Brodie Recreation Centers. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are for day-use only.
Wilson Recreation Center
Wilson day-use lockers have self-set locks provided on the lockers. No personal lock is required.
Brodie Recreation Center
Brodie day-use lockers are available throughout the facility. Members and guests must provide their own lock to secure their belongings.
- All day-use locker contents and personal locks must be removed before the building closes each night.
- Items left in day-use lockers overnight will be removed by staff. Please see the Front Desk for more information about retrieving items.
Duke Rec & PE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in lockers.
Members and guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their locker by the end of their visit for day-use lockers or by the end of their rental term for overnight lockers.
If day-use or expired locker rentals are not emptied, Duke Rec & PE will remove all locker contents.
- Removed items will be held for up to 2 weeks.
- Members may check with the Front Desk to inquire about items left behind.
- After 2 weeks, unclaimed items will no longer be available.
Duke Rec & PE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in lockers.
