Package: Personal Training Initiation
This package includes 3 sessions with a Duke Personal Trainer. The first session is primarily meant to serve as a comprehensive assessment.

Non-Student Fee: $120

Package: Pilates Prep Package
This package includes 3 private sessions with a Duke Pilates Instructor. The first session will include an assessment that will assist the instructor in putting together the best possible workout for each client.

*A minimum of 3 individual training sessions are required before you are eligible for semi-private training.

Payment Policies:

  • All sessions must be purchased in advance. Payment will be collected at the beginning of the session.
  • Session and package payments are non-refundable but may be transferred.

Payment Options:

  • Flex, cash, checks payable to Duke University, and credit cards other than American Express, are accepted. Duke affiliated groups can also pay through a JV transfer.
