What to expect

A faster paced Pilates class with additional barre-styled exercises for lower body strength and endurance.

Barre class without the barre. Pilates' integration of the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle with an emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal alignment and whole-body movement enhances mechanics and helps improve posture. Pilates Burn works to improve coordination and body awareness so you can go through life easier! This low impact class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
