Participants must check in with the instructor before class. Check in will close 5 minutes before class start time. If spaces are remaining after the check in window has expired, the standby/waitlist will be activated. Please arrive within the check in window or you may lose your spot in class.

Indoor cycling is an interval-based class, with both timed and rhythmic periods of work followed by active recovery. It's set in our cycle studio on state-of-the-art Schwinn A.C. Performance bikes. Cycling is a non-impact workout that's set to pumping music in a darkened room and is easily modifiable to all fitness levels. If you will be trying cycling for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to the studio so we can help with your bike settings.
