Training Philosophy

I believe it is imperative to come up with a workout strategy that will allow the individual to be successful in achieving her/his goals. I divide my personal training hour into two, thirty minute workouts. This allows the client to easily continue the program we design specifically for them without a huge gym time commitment on a daily basis. You can still get in a workout on days with relatively little time by just completing one, thirty minute workout. You can combine workouts on days when you have more time. This helps to create a much less daunting gym experience allowing for greater success. I also think it is important to enjoy your time exercising. Setting small goals to achieve, along the way to the greater goals and utilizing fun and interesting techniques helps to create fun and interesting training sessions.
