Women's locker rooms in the Brodie Recreation Center will be closed between 3:15pm-3:45pm from Friday, 9/21 through Tuesday, 9/25.
A 4-week small group training class designed to empower women with strength and confidence. Learn how to deadlift, squat, use TRX, and so much more. The small group atmosphere means you will get individualized instruction while feeling the support of a team.
Mondays and Wedensdays from 7:30am-8:30am
Session 1 - September 10th through October 3rd
