What to expect

A 4-week small group training class designed to empower women with strength and confidence. Learn how to deadlift, squat, use TRX, and so much more. The small group atmosphere means you will get individualized instruction while feeling the support of a team. 

Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30am-8:30am

Session 2 - October 22nd through November 14th
