A 4-week, small group training class designed to empower women through improved strength and confidence. The small group atmosphere means you will get individualized instruction while feeling the support of a team.
Session 1: Mondays and Wednesdays, September 9th –October 2nd
Session 2: Mondays and Wednesdays, October 28th-November 20th
All classes begin at 7:30am and end at 8:30am.
