What to expect

A 4-week, small group training class designed to empower women through improved strength and confidence. The small group atmosphere means you will get individualized instruction while feeling the support of a team. 

Choose between Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday classes. All classes are begin at 7:30am and end at 8:30am.

Session 1: Monday/Wednesday - Jan 28 - Feb 20
