What to expect

This motivating class is for women who want to learn proper lifts and progressions in the weight room while increasing their confidence!  Learn how to deadlift, squat, clean, and so much more.  The small group atmosphere means you will get individualized instruction while feeling the support of a team throughout the 4 week program. Class options are either Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday.
