Workout with Friends

Grab a friend, or two, and get together with one of our trainers for some fun workouts with our TRX bands! These workouts will challenge your core, build strength and flexibility throughout your body and can complement any training program.

Join a Team

With 36 clubs to choose from, Sport Clubs are student-run organizations for those who have a passion for a particular sport or who want to learn a new sport. The Sport Club program emphasizes leadership, education and service through the sport it offers.

This motivating class is for women who want to learn proper lifts and progressions in the weight room while increasing their confidence!

Master's Swim is for any individual who can swim 500+ yards. This is a coached workout which will focus on stroke technique and endurance.
