Improve Quality of Life

Exercise is like spinach – everybody knows it’s good for you; yet many people still avoid it, forgoing its potential health benefits. Studies show that exercise improves quality of life in all areas – agility, energy, overall health, mental health, emotional well-being and functioning in social situations.

Join a Team

With 36 clubs to choose from, Sport Clubs are student-run organizations for those who have a passion for a particular sport or who want to learn a new sport. The Sport Club program emphasizes leadership, education and service through the sport it offers.
