Duke Recreation offers lots of ways to get out in the sunshine, whether it's through our Outdoor Adventures program, playing a club or intramural sport, or relaxing at our Central Campus Outdoor Pool.

Workout with Friends

Grab a friend, or two, and get together with one of our trainers for some fun workouts with our TRX bands! These workouts will challenge your core, build strength and flexibility throughout your body and can complement any training program.

Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle

Adopting a regular exercise routine is vital to maintaining the health of your muscles, bones and bodily organs. The merits of exercise include a variety of health benefits ranging from weight loss and improved sleep to the prevention and management of chronic health conditions. Individuals looking to access the multiple benefits of exercise can break down their workouts into three categories: aerobic exercises, strength training exercises and flexibility training.
