Individuals looking to access the multiple benefits of exercise can break down their workouts into three categories: aerobic exercises, strength training exercises and flexibility training.
Form and build valuable bonds with your peers through playing on an Intramural Team, by joining a Sport Club or through participation in our Outdoor Adventures Leadership Development Program. All are great way to learn valuable leadership skills such as group management, decision making, self-awareness and situational assessment.
