Private Group Training
Group Training is available through our group fitness and personal training programs. Student and staff groups can schedule Group Training for their friends, dorm, student organization, or even an office work group. Groups can either schedule a private group fitness class or a group personal training session with 3 or more participants. Choose a group fitness class from among those listed on the current group fitness schedule.
For group personal training, list the general fitness goals for your group and we will design a customized fitness program that incorporates a wide range of equipment and exercises and personalized, hands on instruction.
Group Training can be conducted at our place or yours (on campus only)!
We can reserve a space in our Group Fitness Studios or use the Wilson or Brodie exercise areas.
To request Group Training, contact us with the following information:
- Group Name (if any)
- Contact name, e-mail, phone
- Expected number of participants
- Type of class (for group fitness requests only)
- Fitness goals (for group personal training requests only)
- Date and time (first and second choice)
- Payment method (cash, check, JV transfer)
- Any other special requests?
