Duke Personal Training will provide you with the knowledge, skills and encouragement you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Our highly-trained and certified staff is here to help Duke students and employees reach their personal health and fitness potential.
Choose the trainer that best suits your needs from these options:
- Master Trainers: hold a current Personal Training Certification and have at least 6 months of training experience.
- Apprentice Trainers: Undergraduate or graduate students who have extensive fitness experience, but may or may not yet hold a personal training certification. Apprentice trainers are enrolled in a Personal Training certification workshop to ensure competency.
- Pilates Trainers: complete the rigorous coursework required to become a certified Pilates instructor. Along with at least 200 hours of observed training, each Pilates instructor must attend a lengthy certification program under the tutelage of a master instructor.
