Group fitness classes include cardio, strength, flexibility and stress management modalities. Classes are available at both Wilson and Brodie Recreation centers. All classes are free for Recreation members. All classes will be held in Wilson 110/A unless indicated otherwise.

Spring 2014 Group Fitness Schedule (PDF) – January 8 – May 1

Duke Group Fitness offers a variety of free classes students and faculty/staff members of our Recreation Centers.  With over 60 classes offered per week during the Fall and Spring semesters, and a slightly reduced schedule in the summer there is something for everyone! Multiple formats are available including dance, yoga and H.I.I.T classes.

All Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that each participant has the ability to set and meet their individual fitness goals.

Classes are available at both Wilson and Brodie Recreation centers.
