Group Fitness

Group fitness classes include cardio, strength, flexibility, and stress management modalities.  Classes are available at both Wilson and Brodie Recreation centers.  All classes are free for Wilson/Brodie members.  All classes will be held in Wilson 110/A unless indicated otherwise.

Group Fitness Policies

All participants should respect the following policies:

  • Water is permitted in studios in unbreakable, enclosed containers.
  • To allow for maximum space and participants, place backpacks and gym bags in the locker room or the studio closet and place shoes and extra clothing outside the classroom.
  • Arrive on time to classes, and early if you are new to that class.  Some classes may be locked down a few minutes after the start of class to prevent the distraction of late entrants.
  • Turn off cell phones.

Group Fitness Express

These mini-classes taught by fitness counselors offer a small group format and personalized instruction. The workouts target specific muscle groups with an efficient and dynamic workout. Classes are held in the weight room of both Wilson and Brodie Recreation Centers.
