Free Fitness Orientation

During the 60 minute fitness orientation, a fitness counselor will describe how to design a cardio and strength training program and show you how to use the strength training equipment correctly.


  • Orientations take place at both Wilson and Brodie on Sunday nights at 6 PM

No registration necessary

PLEASE NOTE: we will not hold orientation on Sunday 3/9 or 3/16 due to Spring Break.


Meet at the desk in the weight room.
