Free Fitness Orientation
During the 60 minute fitness orientation, a fitness counselor will describe how to design a cardio and strength training program and show you how to use the strength training equipment correctly.
- Orientations take place at both Wilson and Brodie on Sunday nights at 6 PM
- Ongoing Orientations are suspended over the 2013 winter break beginning December 13th and will return on Sunday, January 12th. If you would like an orientation in the interim, please contact Mary Ann and one will be arranged for you.
