FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Description: During this 45 minute private appointment, a Personal Trainer may assess your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and vertical leap. The trainer will provide brief workout recommendations based on your results.

Schedule: Appointments are available at both Wilson and Brodie Gyms on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm. Appointments must be scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. No drop-in appointments are available.

Location: Meet the Personal Trainer at the desk in the respective weight room. Fitness Assessments will be conducted in a private assessment room.
