    End of the Semester Blowout Workout

    Join us on Saturday, December 5 for BOWO, our End of the Semester Blowout Workout at Wilson. This hour long fitness HIIT taught by some of your favorite Group Fitness Instructors is a great way to blow off some of that End of the Semester stress! Post workout refreshments will be provided!     Korean Diplomacy Foundation Tours Wilson Recreation Center

    Duke University Physical Education hosted a facility tour and exchanging of gifts for representatives from the Korean Diplomacy Foundation. This team comes from the largest Tae Kwon Do facility in the world and is located in South Korea. They performed at the Lee Brothers Cup Championship held at the Mebane Community Center. The team, taught by Han Zhoong and Se Han University, are all majoring in Tae Kwon Do.

    Al Buehler Awarded University Medal

    One of Duke Rec & PE’s most beloved instructors, Al Buehler, was awarded the University Medal on Friday, October 3. The University Medals presented to Buehler is Duke’s highest honor for distinguished service.


    Member & Employee Appreciation

    Not a current member of our facilities? Now is the time to check us out! Members and employees that are non-members may bring immediate family members to Brodie and Wilson, at no cost, for a weekend of fun from August 15 – December 13.  Participants must be 10-18 years of age to participate in specific recreational activities. Participants must be 14 years and older to workout with cardio and weight training equipment.
