    We invite you to take advantage of outdoor recreation opportunities at Central Campus Aquatics Center! The pool is open 7 days a week and is located behind Devils Bistro off Anderson Street: 1917 Yearby Avenue.

    Adaptive Climbing: Reaching New Heights

    Duke Adaptive Climbing exists to offer rock climbing to individuals with physical disabilities in the triangle area. The program is a combined effort between Duke University students and the Duke Outdoor Adventures program within Recreation and Physical Education.

    Duke Recreation and Physical Education has introduced new Member and Employee Appreciation Incentives for members and non-member Duke employees and affiliates. In the month of July, join us for our Kickoff Party at Central Pool and enjoy free entry to all recreation facilities!

    2014-2015 proved to be a record-breaking year for Sport Clubs. 37 student-led clubs totaled 1,435 members: a Duke Rec record! 200 trips were taken that totaled 50,000+ miles. Check out what we have to offer, and see why you should #SupportSportClubs!

    On Mondays, we kayak! Whether it’s learning a new skill or fine-tuning old ones, Outdoor Adventures’ Kayak Clinics are for you. We provide equipment, reserved water space, and instruction for all levels of interest and ability.
